We deliver across Bangalore. The cost is based on the distance and is calculated at the checkout based on your address.
- Delivery across Bangalore is FREE for orders above Rs. 999 If you are booked your order below Rs. 999/- then we provide store pickup service.
- Our orders are made fresh to order and orders are delivered as per your specific time.
- We at Cravoury ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- As a policy, we do not entertain returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
- If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect that has gone unnoticed from our end then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.
- Check the products carefully once you receive them. If tampering of the package found please mention details about the missing item, damaged/breakage merchandise on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner instead of signing it as ‘received’.
