Refund and Returns Policy

We deliver across Bangalore. The cost is based on the distance and is calculated at the checkout based on your address. 

  • Delivery across Bangalore is FREE for orders above Rs. 999 If you are booked your order below Rs. 999/- then we provide store pickup service.
  • Our orders are made fresh to order and orders are delivered as per your specific time.
  • We at Cravoury ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • As a policy, we do not entertain returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. 
  • If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect that has gone unnoticed from our end then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.
  • Check the products carefully once you receive them. If tampering of the package found please mention details about the missing item, damaged/breakage merchandise on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner instead of signing it as ‘received’.
  • Important Notice: Please inspect your items thoroughly at the time of delivery. Any complaints regarding product damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately to our Customer Care at +91 7353519359 while the delivery agent is present. Later claims cannot be entertained.
  • Write to us at hello@cravoury.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
  • There will be no exchange and no return on discounted products, unless there is a quality defect that has gone unnoticed from our end.
