- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- One-fourth cup of water
- One egg beaten
- Half teaspoon vanilla essence
- One-fourth cup of chopped walnuts
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven at 325 degrees F
- Mix white sugar, all-purpose flour, and baking soda in a bowl
- Mix butter, water, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Heat until the butter melts and the ingredients blend well. Pour this into another large bowl.
- Now, add the mixture of flour and sugar into the above cocoa batter. Add buttermilk, egg, and vanilla essence. Beat until smooth. Add nuts.
- Pour the above-blended batter into 2 glass jars, which are sterilized.
- Place the jars on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees F for about 35 to 40 minutes.
- Remove the jars after baking, one at a time. Tighten with the lids for longer shelf life.
